THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1993-81 A BY-LAW TO ALLOW FOR AN EXEMPTION TO CLAUSE 2 «a) ix) OF BY-LAW 1990-1 WHEREAS the Town has created an obstruction to a private driveway; AND WHEREAS this obstruction may force the owners of 315 Durham Market to park overnight on the street in contravention of certain provisions of By-Law 1990-1; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the vehicle owned by Donald Arscott Sr. who resides at 315 Durham Market shall be exempt from clause 2 ((a) ix) of By-Law 1990-1, and shall be allowed to park overnight on the Town streets in front of his residence, so long as access to his driveway is impeded. 2. The clerk shall issue to Donald Arscott Sr. a Temporary Parking Permit to signify the permission of the Town. 3. This its upon by-law shall come into full force and effect final passage. 4. This by-law may be cited as the "Arscott Temporary Parking Exemption By-Law". READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 16th day of December, 1993. ~~ Mayor
