BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1993-65 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF LANDS TO ALLEN HARRISON Allen Sale Town WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine Harrison have entered into an agreement of Purchase for the sale of Wellington Street Road Allowance in of Kincardine; and and the AND WHEREAS Kincardine Town Council deems it expedient to sell these lands; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as they may deem advisable to sell such lands to Allen W. Harrison in accordance with the Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated the 1st day of November, 1993 and to affix the corporate seal to such documents. Aforesaid Agreement is attached as schedule "B" to this By-law. 2. The lands referred to consist of that parcel registered as Road Allowance Wellington Street in the Town of Kincardine, and are more particularly described on Schedule "A" attached. 3. The sale price for the said land shall be $91,000. 4. This its by-law shall come into full force and effect final passage. upon 5.
