THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW No. 2007 - 226 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 76-13, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF BRUCE, AND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2003-25, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE J. Keith & Jean Rappel cIa Enbridge Ontario Wind Power LP, Part Lot 3, Concession 7 Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce) WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine adopted By-law No. 2006-214, amending By-law No. 76-13, the Zoning By-law for the Township of Bruce, and By-law No. 2003-25, the Zoning By-law for the Municipalily of Kincardine; AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2006-214 placed certain lands in a 'A-R-2Q-H - Rural Special Holding category and a 'A 1-ch-H General Agriculture Special Holding' category. and specified the use to which lands, buildings or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed pursuant to Section 36 ofthe Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. c. P 13; AND WHEREAS the provisions relating to the removal of the holding symbol contained in Municipality of Kincardine By-law No. 2006-214 Paragraphs 2 (v) and 4 (v) have been satisfied; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the MunicJpality of Kincardine, ENACTS as follows: 1_ Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 76-13 as amended, and By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A-R- 20-H' and 'A1-ch-H' to 'A-R-20' and 'A1-ch' the zoning designation of those lands described as Part Lot 3, Concession 7 Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Bruce) which are outlined on the attached Schedule 'A'. 2. This By-law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. 3.
