THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
NO. 2002 - 71
BEING A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE WIDENING OF KING STREET
ON THE EAST SIDE, A PUBLIC HIGHWAY IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
WHEREAS the Municipality of Kincardine has acquired the lands hereinafter
described for purposes of widening King Street on the East Side, in the said
Municipality of Kincardine;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That King Street, a public highway in the Municipality of Kincardine, be
and the same is hereby widened on the East Side over the following lands:
FIRSTLY: Parcel 62-3, Section Plan 210, Tiverton, being Part of Lot 62,
Plan 210, Part 2 on 3R-2579, Municipality of Kincardine, Formerly Village
of Tiverton, County of Bruce.
SECONDLY: Parcel 1-1, Section Con-1, Township of Bruce, being Part of
Lot 1, Concession 1, Part 3, on 3R-2579, Formerly Township of Bruce,
now Municipality of Kincardine, County of Bruce.
AND the widening of such public highway is hereby confirmed.
2.
This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passing.
3. This by-law may be cited as the "Widening of King Street, Tiverton
By-Law".
READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED
this 22nd day of May, 2002.
