A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH RATES AND FEES FOR THE SERVICES
PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS municipal councils have the authority to establish rates and fees
under various acts.
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to establish rates and fees for the services performed by the
Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine does now set the rates
and fees for services described in the schedules attached to this by-law.
2. That the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine confirms that other rates
and fees for services are approved in different by-laws, contracts
and/or resolutions of Council, not covered in the schedules attached to
this By-law.
3.
That this by-law will replace the existing Consolidated Fee
By-law 2001-124.
4.
That this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final
passage.
5. That this By-law shall be known as the "Consolidated Rates and Fees
By-law, 2002".

Dog Licensing and Kennel Boarding Fees
(no G.S.T. except no. 5 and 7)
1. For each of first three dogs per calendar year
