BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 76-1 ,BEING THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE TOWNSHI OF BRUCE
(ELDERSLlE FARMS LTD. LOT 13, CONCESSION 8), MU ICIPALlTY OF
KINCARDINE (FORMER TOWNSHIP OF BRU E)
WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Cha er 13 authorizes
the Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-I s which comply
with an approved official plan; j
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municip lity of Kincardine
has enacted By-law 76-13, a zoning by-law enacted under Se 'on 34 of the said
Planning Act;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municip lity of Kincardine
desires to amend by-law 76-13;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of th Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. By-Law No. 91-34, being a By-law Amendment to the Co prehensive
Zoning By-Law for the Township of Bruce, is hereby furt er amended by
adding the following paragraph thereof:
(n)(xx) Notwithstanding their 'Rural-A' zoning designation the lands
delineated as 'A-25a' on Schedule 'F' to this By-L w may be used
for rural residential purposes in accordance with t e 'Rural-A' zone
provisions contained in this by-law, excepting ho ver that:
(i)
only 1.5 animal units per tillable acre will b permitted on the
severed parcel. !
2. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Co ncil and comes
into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Pia ning Act, R.S.O.
1990.
This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to compr1hensive Zoning
By-law 76-13, (Lot 13 Con. 8, Ward 3), By-Law.

this 20th day of February 2002. I
