HomeMy WebLinkAbout02 019 amen zoning.12elderslie e e e e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC INE KBT BY-LAW NO. 2002 -19 BEING A BY -LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY -LAW NO. 76-1 , BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE TOWNSHI OF BRUCE (ELDERSLIE FARMS LTD. LOT 12, CONCESSION 8), MUN CIPALlTY OF KINCARDINE (FORMER TOWNSHIP OF BRUC ) WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chap~er 13 authorizes the Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-Iars which comply with an approved official plan; i AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the MunicipJ¡ty of Kincardine has enacted By-law 76-13, a zoning by-law enacted under secupn 34 of the said Planning Act; I AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municip lity of Kincardine desires to amend by-law 76-13; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of th Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. By-Law No. 91-34, being a By-law Amendment to the Co prehensive Zoning By-Law for the Township of Bruce, is hereby furth r amended by adding the following paragraph thereof: (n)(xxi) Notwithstanding their 'Rural-A' zoning designation, the lands delineated as 'A-26a' on Schedule 'G' to this By-L w may be used for rural residential purposes in accordance with t 'Rural-A' zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting how ver that: (i) only 1.5 animal units per tillable acre will bel permitted on the severed parcel. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Cou~cil and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Plan~ing Act, R.S.O. 1990. I I This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to compreh~nsive Zoning By-law 76-13, (Lot 12 Con. 8, Ward 3), By-Law. I 3.
