Home My WebLink About02 139 amend traffic/no parking e e - e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 2002 . 139 A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FORMER TOWN OF KINCARDINE TRAFFIC & PARKING BY·LAW 1995-62, AS AMENDED WHEREAS By-law No. 1995-62 was passed on the 5th day of October, 1995 to regulate traffic & parking in the former Town of Kincardine; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to amend a schedule to this by-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "B" of By-law No. 1995-62, as amended, of the Former Town of Kincardine be hereby repealed and replaced with the attached Schedule "B" Part V, Section 3 - No Parking on both sides of Harbour Street from Queen Street to Huron Terrace at any time. 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 3. This by-law may be cited as the "Traffic & Parking Amendment - No Parking on Harbour Street".
