TIIE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
NO. 2002 -122
BEING A BY ·LAW TO ACCEPT A TENDER FOR
GLASS REPLACEMENT AT THE TIVERTON SPORTS CENTRE
(Sound Barriers)
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to accept a tender for the glass replacement at the Tiverton
Sports Centre to include the supply and installation of 142 lineal feet of forty-eight
inch high glass complete with new glass supports and gaskets along the spectator
seating area.
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the tender of Sound Barriers in the amount of $16,305.44 plus G.S.T.
be hereby accepted.
2. That the Mayor and CAO be hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the
Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine any contracts
and other documents required to authorize such work to commence, and to
affix the corporate seal of The Municipality of Kincardine.
3. . This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
4.
This by-law may be cited as the "Tiverton Arena Glass Replacement,
Tender Acceptance By-law".
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED this
7th day of August, 2002.
