I I I I I I WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the MuniCiP~ity of Kincardine deems it expedient to accept a tender for the purchase of a fo r wheel drive, full size regular cab, one half ton pick up truck including a heavy p load package for Ward Three Municipality of Kincardine. ! NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of t~e Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: ! , 1. That the tender of Montgomery Ford Motors Limited in t~e total amount of $31,625.00 including all applicable taxes, be hereby acc~pted. I 2. That the Mayor and CAO be hereby authorized to sig , on behalf of the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kinca ine any contracts and other documents required to authorize such work to ommence, and to affix the corporate seal of The Municipality of Kincardine. 3. This by-law shall come into fultforce and effect upon its 1nal passage. 4. This by-law may be cited as the ·One Half Ton Pick ¡Up Truck, Tender Acceptance By-law·.
