BY-LAW NO. 1994-31
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT NANCY YOUNG AS HEALTH CLUB
COORDINATOR FOR THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE.
WHEREAS Section 207, paragraph 45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1990, Chapter M.45, provides for the Council of a local
municipality to appoint such officers and servants as may be
necessary for the purposes of the corporation.
AND WHEREAS the Council of The corporation of the Town of
Kincardine deems it expedient to appoint a health club
coordinator for the Town of Kincardine.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That Nancy Young shall be appointed as health club
coordinator for the Town of Kincardine.
2. That subject to any limitations prescribed by law or
agreed to by Council, Nancy Young shall hold office and
while holding such office, shall be paid within the Salary
Range for "Health Club Coordinator" of Schedules "A" and
"I" of By-law No. 1993-3, as amended. This range may be
replaced by by-law of Council in future years.

This by-law may be cited as the "Nancy Young as Health
Club Coordinator Appointment By-law".
