HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 95 036 Remove 'h' Pts 1&2 e e e - THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1995-36 A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 1988-1 WHICH IS THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE'S ZONING BY-LAW RESPECTING THE REMOVING OF HOLDING PROVISIONS FROM LANDS LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF QUEEN STREET, TOWN OF KINCARDINE. WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of Kincardine passed By-law 1988-1, being the Town's Zoning By-law; AND WHEREAS By-law 1988-1 placed certain lands in a Holding Commercial (HC-1) category and specified the use to which lands, buildings, or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed pursuant to Section 36 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13; the Town of Comprehensive AND WHEREAS the prov~s~on relating to the removal of the holding symbol contained in the Town of Kincardine's Official Plan has been satisfied; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "A" forming part of By-law 1988-1, as amended, is hereby amended by removing the Holding ("H") symbol from the zoning category Holding Commercial (HC-1) to establish that the Commercial (C-1) zoning category applies to those lands lying and being in the Town of Kincardine, being described generally as Part of lots 1, 2 and 3 subdivision of lot 6, West of Queen Street, and part of Lot 3, subdivision of lots 6 and 7, East of Huron Terrace, Plan 61, and part of Lot 7, West of Queen Street, Townplot of Penetangore, Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce, shown as parts 1 and 2 of registered plan 3R-3413 (SUBJECT to a right-of-way over Instruments Nos. 11820 and 12021), and known municipally as 754 Queen Street, Kincardine, shown more particularly in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law. 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon approval from the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority. 3.
