HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 95 016 Consolid Fee Amend e e - e THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1995-16 A BY -LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED FEE BY-LAW FOR THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE. WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it advisable to amend the Consolidated Fee By-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" to By-law No. 1993-24 be amended replaced with Schedule "A" to this by-law. 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of final passage. 3. This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Fee Amendment By-law, March 1995" READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 2nd day of March, 1995.
