HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 95 007 Repealed by No.95 64 · e e - Rc-pc-cJ&J ~ Öj-lewJ ICjC¡5-b""\ THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1995-07 A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE SIGN BY-LAW FOR THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE WHEREAS By-Law No. 1988-48 was passed on the October, 1988, to establish rules and regulations their use in the Town of Kincardine; 20th day of for signs and AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it expedient to amend the Sign By-Law in order to allow signs and posters to be placed on areas of public property and to ensure their subsequent removal from these locations; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Clause 2.13 be replaced with the following clause 2.13: 2.13 Posters that have been attached to public property shall be removed after three months, within three days following the event that may be advertised by the poster, or before the poster presents a litter nuisance to the Town, whichever comes first. 2. this the Act, Every person who contravenes any provisions of by-law is guilty of an offence and is subject to penal ties as prescribed in the Provincial Offences R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.33. 3.
