HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 96 047 Repealed by No.96 54 - THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1996-47 A BY-LAW TO REMOVE CERTAIN LANDS FROM PART LOT CONTROL - WHEREAS Subsection 7 of Section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, permits the council of a local municipality to exempt land within plans of subdivision from the requirements of sub- section 5 of Section 50 of the said Planning Act. AND WHEREAS the owners of the land have made application to the Town of Kincardine to remove part lot control from certain lands they own in the Town of Kincardine. NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Subsection 5 of Section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.P.13, shall not apply to the parts of the plan of subdivision described as follows: 2. e 3. 4. 5. 6 . 1.1 Lots 2-8 inclusive, Lots 14, 15, and lots 19 and 20, of Plan M-145 in the Town of Kincardine in the County of Bruce. The clerk is hereby authorized to register this by-law in the land registry office of Bruce in Walkerton, Ontario. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the approval of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs. This by-law shall expire within a period of three years from the date of passage of the by-law. That By-Law Number 1993-38 be and the same is hereby repealed. This by-law may be cited as the "Part Lot Control Exemption By-law for Part of Plan M-145". READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 6th day of June, 1996.
