BY-LAW NO. 1996-74
A BY - LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED FEE BY-LAW FOR THE TOWN
OF KINCARDINE.
WHEREAS the
Kincardine deems
By-law;
Council for The Corporation of the Town of
it advisable to amend the Consolidated Fee
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town
of Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By-law No. 1996-25 be amended
replaced with Schedule "A" to this by-law.
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon
the date of final passage.
3. This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Fee
Amendment By-law, October, 1996"
READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 3rd day of October, 1996.

The capital contribution charges are for 1994 and will have to
be updated, as of January 1st of each year starting January
1st 1995, based on the "Composite Southam Construction Cost
Index, Ontario Series" for the previous year.
