WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it advisable to amend the Consolidated Fee By-law; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" to By-law No. 1997-13 replaced with Schedule "A" to this by-law. be amended 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of final passage. 3. This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Fee Amendment By-law, 1997 (4)". READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 17th day of April, 1997.
