(9) Persons engaged in milking cove must be in good hoalth.be free from contagion of say kind.must be cleanly dreesed.and must be person- ally clean at the time of milking and of handling the milk in the milk* i house* Any poreon milking cove in whose family any contagious disease occurs must absent himself or hereelf at once from the dairy and stable until the Uedioal officer of Health oortifie0 that it is safe for him or her to return.
