its validity the assent of the electore.and it is expedient and necessary
to pass this by -law for thepurpose of enabling the electors to vote on �

AE IT VrBEFCRE ENACT?D by the Punicipal 1 �oincil of the Corporation
of the Town of tineardine.ar follows;

1. The vot I of theelectore of the Corporation of the Town of Yincar-
dine shall be taken on the a id proposed by -law on the /p
day of C) fnnAA- t. D. 1922 between the hours of nine o clock in the
forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon at the following places and by
the following Deputy Returning offioers,namely;
Polling sub - divieion No. 1: In the Council Chi,mber,Town Hall; n� a a+'Swase�

Polling sub - divioion No. 2: In the building owned by Peter Shielle
corner Lambton and Queen Streets,and occupied by the uacTonzie hardware
Co. (in therear of their store.)

and one person to attend at each polling place on behalf of the persons
f interested in and promoting theproposed by- law { and a like number on
behalf of the persons interested in and opposing the proposed by -law.
3. On the Q „ day of Ak ,& L R.D. 1922-at the hour of eleven
o'oloek in the forenoon at the Council C-amber in the Town Hall in the
said l'unicipality,the Clerk of said l'unicip.lity shall attend and sum
up the votes given for and against the said proposed by -law.
