BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2002-130, A BY-LAW
RENAMING THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDI!I E
ROAD SYSTEM (911) .

WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, Section 11, as amended,
gives lower tier municipalities the power to pass by-laws withi~ the sphere of
jurisdiction dealing with highways; i

AND WHEREAS The Municipality of Kincardine passed BY-lawl.2002-130, cited
as the Municipality of Kincardine 911 Road Renaming System B~-Iaw;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine fishes to further
amend By-law 2002-130; !
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the I Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows: !
1. That Kin-Huron Road, Ward 1, shall hereafter be calle~ and known as
Saratoga Road.

2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its fi1al passing.
3. This may be cited as the "Saratoga Road Renaming BY-LrW".
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and DEEMED TO 'E PASSED this
20th day of August, 2003. I
