THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC INE
BY-LAW
NO. 2003 . 98
BEING A BY·LAW TO ACCEPT A TENDER FOR THE PU CHASE Of A
DEHUMIDIFIER FOR THE DAVIDSON CENTRE ENA
(Ken Robinson Refrigeration)
WHEREAS Section 11 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, 5.0. 200 ,c. 25 authorizes
municipalities to pass by-laws respecting matters within the sph re of jurisdiction
of culture, parks, recreation and heritage;
AND WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Munici ality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to accept a tender to purchase a dehumidifi r for the Davidson
Centre Arena;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of t e Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the tender of Ken Robinson Refrigeration Inc. n the amount of
$20,510.20 including all applicable taxes, be hereby ace pted.
2. That the Mayor and CAD be hereby authorized to sig , on behalf of the
Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kinca ine any contracts
and other documents required to authorize such work to ommence.
This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its nal passage.

This by-law may be cited as the "Davidson Centre D humidifier Tender
Acceptance By-law".
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and DEEMED T BE PASSED this
