HOLDINGS DEVELOPERS LIMITED WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine, in accordance with the Municipal Act chap. M.45, Section 191(1), and B.A.L. Holdings Developers Limited have entered into an agreement of Purchase and Sale for the purchase of lands at the corner of Highway 9 and 21 said lands being composed of Part 1, Concession 1, SDR in the Town of Kincardine in the County of Bruce and consisting of 45.33 acres (herein after called the lands); AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it expedient to purchase these lands for municipal purposes; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale attached hereto and forming part of this by-law and to execute such documents as they may deem advisable to purchase such lands from B.A.L. Holdings Developers Limited in accordance with the Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated the 29th day of October, 1998 and to affix the corporate seal to such documents. 2. The lands referred to consist of 45.33 acres described as Part 1, Concession 1, SDR in the Town of Kincardine, in the County of Bruce. 3. The purchase price for the said lands shall be two-hundred and thirty thousand dollars ($230,000.00). 4. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
