THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE

BY-LAW NO. 1998 - 18
A BY -LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED FEE BY -LAW
FOR THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE.
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it
advisable to amend the Consolidated Fee By-law:
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By-law No. 1997-49 is hereby replaced with Schedule "A"
to this By-law.
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of final passage.
3. This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Fee Amendment By-law, May
1998" .
READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 21st day of May 1998.
READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 21st day of May 1998.
