HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 98 015 Repealed by No.98 28 . · · · THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LA W BY-LAW NUMBER 1998 - 15 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE A BYLAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 1993-51, AS AMENDED, BEING A BY-LAW TO REGULATE FOOD VENDING CARTS IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE. .51 WHEREAS By-law No. 1993.)< being a by-law to Regulate Food Vending Carts in the Town of Kincardine, was passed by the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine on the 2nd day of September, 1993; 5\ AND WHEREAS By-law No. 1995-73, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 1993-J.8" was passed on the 2nd day of November, 1995; AND WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it advisable to amend further the provisions of the aforementioned by-laws; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Clause 2.13 be amended to read as follows: "No licensee shall operate a cart in a location where the operation of the cart would conflict with an existing agreement of Councilor any of its éommittees or boards, unless written permission is granted by the lessee." 2. That Schedule "A" to By-law 1995-73 be repealed and replaced with the attached Schedule" A". 3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect on it final passing. 4. This by-law may be cited as the "Hot Dog Cart Amendment By-law, 1998". READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 7th day of May 1998. READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 14th day of May 1998. IMAWNO ( 9'11·;Jí' ~'þ:n .Iu./v Cf¡ I f7f , SCHEDULE 'A' Approved Locations for Hot Dog Cart Operations: 1) All public property with the exception of residential zones, and; subject to the provisions of Clause 2.13. 2) Private property in non-residential zones, with the permission of the owner, and; subject to the provisions of Clause 2.13. 3) 4) Reunion Park, along the area of the boardwalk but not upon the boardwalk. Victoria Park, except when food concessions are authorized by Council as part of community self-funding events i.e. Canada Day, Massed Pipe Bands, and; subject to the provisions of clause 2.13. 5) Penetangore Soccer Fields except when food concessions are authorized by Council as part of community self-funding events i.e. Canada Day, and; subject to the provisions of clause 2.13.
