Lot 2 Alma NISi Part of Park Lot 1 Alma St NISi Part of Park L 1 and 2 McNabb St SIS, Inverhuron (being parts 2 and 3 RP 3R-7673), Municipality of incardine (former Township of Bruce) I WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter 13 auth rizes the Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws which comply with an ap roved official plan; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Bruce has enacted By-law 76-13, a zoning by-law enacted under Section 34 of the said Planning Act; I , I AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Bruce has restructu~ to now be a part of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine; I AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Jincardine desires to amend By-law 76-13; T NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 76-13 as amended, is hereby further a ended by changing thereon from 'A-R-14b' and 'H-R' to 'A-R-15a', 'A-R-15b' an 'H-R' the zoning designation of those lands described as Lot 2 Alma N/S; Part of Pa Lot 1 Alma St N/S; Part of Park Lots 1 and 2 McNabb St SfS, Invernuron (being parts and 3 RP 3R-7673), Municipality of Kincardine (former Township of Bruce) which are ou lined on the attached Schedule 'A'. 2. By-Law No. 76-13, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zo ing By-Law for the Township of Bruce, is hereby further amended by adding the foil wing paragraphs to Section 10.1 thereof: 10.7 a. Notwithstanding their 'A-R' Zoning designation, those land described as Lot 2 Alma N/S; Part of Park Lot 1 Alma St N/S; Part of Park Lot 1 and 2 McNabb St S/S, Invernuron (being parts 2 and 3 RP 3R-7673), Muni 'pality of Kincardine (former Township of Bruce), and delineated as 'A-R-15a' 0 . Schedule 'A' to this By-law may be used in compliance with Sections 10.1, 10. ,10.4, 10.5 and 10.6 'A-R' Zone provisions and all other applicable Sections con ined in this By-law, excepting however, that: (i) (ii) (iii) The minimum lot area shall be 15.09 hectares; The minimum lot frontage shall be 366 metres; and The setbacks for all buildings and structures shall no less than as they existed as of the date of the passing of this By-law. Notwithstanding their 'A-R' Zoning designation, those land1 described as Lot 2 Alma N/S; Part of Park Lot 1 Alma St NIS; Part of Park Lot; 1 and 2 McNabb St SIS, Inverhuron (being parts 2 and 3 RP 3R-7673), Muni~ipality of Kincardine (former Township of Bruce), and delineated as 'A-R-15b' o~ Schedule 'A' to this By-law may be used in compliance with the provisions of Sections 10.1, 10.3, 10.5 and 10.6 'A-R' Zone provisions and all other applicabl~ Sections contained in this By-law, excepting however, that: I (i) The number of livestock units shall be limited to 317 livestock units per hectare; I The minimum lot area shall be 0.52 hectares; I The minimum lot frontage shall be 33.7 metres; r The setbacks for all buildings and structures shall ~ no less than as they existed as of the date of the passing of this By-law. All further enlargements, expansions, construction etc. sh II comply with the requirements of By-law 76-13. I , This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and Þomes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
