BEING A BY·LAW TO ACCEPT A TENDER FOR THE ~PERATION
OF THE BLUEWATER TRAILER PARK
(BETTY MACDONALD AND ROD MACDONA D)

WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the MuniciP~lity of Kincardine
deems it expedient to accept a tender for the operation of th Bluewater Trailer
Park for a three year period from the 1st day of April 2002 to th 31st day of March
2005. I
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of t~e Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows: !
1. That the tender of Betty MacDonald and Rod MacDonalr in the amount of
$57,000.00 plus applicable taxes, be hereby accepted. I

That the Mayor and CAD be hereby authorized to Sig1ion behalf of the
Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincar ine any contracts
and other documents required to authorize such work to mmence, and to
affix the corporate seal of The Municipality of Kincardinef
I
This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its ~nal passage.
This by-law may be cited as the "Bluewater Trai er Park, Tender
Acceptance By-law".
