THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE-BRUCE-TIVERTON
BY-LAW
NO. 1999 - 151
A BYLAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE COUNCIL OF
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
KINCARDINE-BRUCE- TIVERTON
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce-Tiverton deems
it advisable to enact a confirming by-law to confirm the actions of the Council at
its meetings;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine-Bruce-Tiverton ENACTS as follows:
1. That the action of the Council at its meeting held, November 24, 1999 in
respect to each recommendation, reports of committees and staff
forwarded therewith, and in respect to each motion, resolution and other
action passed and taken by the Council at its said meetings, is, except
where the prior approval of the Ontario Municipal Board is required,
hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
2.
That the Mayor and Clerk, and their designates thereof, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to
the said action or to obtain approval where required and except where
otherwise provided, the Mayor and Clerk, and their designates thereof, are
hereby directed to execute all documents required by Statute to be
executed by them, as may be necessary in that behalf and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the municipality to all such documents, and the
Treasurer, and a designate thereof, is hereby directed to execute all other
documents necessary in that behalf and to affix the Corporate Seal of the
municipality to all such documents.
READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED this
24th day of November, 1999.
