THE CORPORATION OF TIlE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC INE
BY-LAW
NO. 2002 - 79
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 1988 1 WHICH IS THE
TOWN OF KINCARDINE'S ZONING BY-LAW RESPECTING HE REMOVING OF
HOLDING PROVISIONS FROM LANDS LOCATED ON TH WEST SIDE OF
HURON TERRACE, MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE (FOR ERL Y TOWN OF
KINCARDINE)
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kinc rdine passed By-law
1988-1, being the former Town of Kincardine's Comprehensive Z ning By-law;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1988-1 as amended by By-law 1996-04, placed certain lands
in a Holding Residential (h-R1) category and specified the se to which lands,
buildings, or structures may be put until such time as the holdin symbol is removed
pursuant to Section 36 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13;
AND WHEREAS the provision relating to the removal of the hold ng symbol contained
in the Town of Kincardine's Official Plan has been satisfied;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Municipality of Kin ardine ENACTS as
follows:
1. Schedule "A" forming part of former Town of Kincardine s By-law 1988-1 as
amended by By-law 1996-04, is hereby further amend d by removing the
Holding ("h''') symbol from a portion of the zoning catego Holding Residential
(h-R1) to establish that the Residential (R1) zoning catego applies to the land
lying and being in the former Town of Kincardine, being d scribed generally as
Part Lot 21 and 22, West Side of Huron Terrace and kno n municipally as 554
Huron Terrace, Municipality of Kincardine, described ore particularly in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-Ia .

2. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Co~ncil and comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning AFt, R.S.O. 1990.
3. This by-law may be cited as the "Remove Holding provïfion from 554 Huron
Terrace, By-law".
