BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 1988- WHICH IS THE
TOWN OF KINCARDINE'S ZONING BY-LAW RESPECTING T E REMOVING OF
HOLDING PROVISIONS FROM LANDS LOCATED ON PEN ANGORE ROW,
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE (FORMERLY TOWN OF KINCARDINE)
NO. 2002 - 80
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kinca ine passed By-law
1988-1, being the former Town of Kincardine's Comprehensive zorin9 By-law;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1988-1 as amended by By-law 1996-04Jplaced certain lands
in a Holding Residential (h-R1) category and specified the se to which lands,
buildings, or structures may be put until such time as the holdin~ symbol is removed
pursuant to Section 36 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13; I
AND WHEREAS the provision relating to the removal of the hOld!' g symbol contained
in the Town of Kincardine's Official Plan has been satisfied;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Municipality of Kin ardine ENACTS as
follows:
1. Schedule "An forming part of former Town of Kincardine' By-law 1988-1 as
amended by By-law 1996-04, is hereby further amend d by removing the
Holding ("h"') symbol from a portion of the zoning catego Holding Residential
(h-R1) to establish that the Residential (R1) zoning catego applies to the land
lying and being in the former Town of Kincardine, being d scribed generally as
Part Lot 10 RP 3R 4215 Part 3 and known municipally as 3 4 penetangore Row,
Municipality of Kincardine, described more particularly in S hedule "An attached
hereto and forming part of this by-law.
2. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Co ncil and comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions ofthe Planning A ,R.S.O. 1990.
3, This by-law may be cited as the "Remove Holding Provision from 394
Penetangore Row, By-law",
