BY-LAW
NO. 1999 - 43
A BY-LAW TO ACCEPT A TENDER FOR A CAB/CHASSIS/DUMP BODY
AND SANDER FRONT ONE WAY PLOW AND CLOSED TOWER HIGH
LEVELING WING TRUCK
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce-
Tiverton deems it expedient to accept a tender to purchase a cab/chassis/dump
body and sander front one way plow and closed tower high leveling wing truck;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine-Bruce- Tiverton ENACTS as follows:
1. That the tender of Bramhill Truck Centre of Palmerston with Viking
Equipment in the amount of $ 156,825.50 with the addition of a $120.00
option of splash shields on the front fenders and the addition of a 1415HW
Dump Body from 1415LW for an additional $700.00 including all applicable
taxes, be hereby accepted.
2. That the mayor and clerk be hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the
Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce-Tiverton
any contracts and other documents required to authorize such work to
commence, and to affix the corporate seal of The Township of Kincardine-
Bruce-Tiverton.
3.
This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
4. This by-law may be cited as the "Front One Way Plow and Closed Tower
High Leveling Wing Truck (Bramhill Truck Centre), Tender Acceptance By-
law".
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 5th day
of May, 1999.
