BY-LAW
NO. 2002 . 36
A BYLAW CONFIRMING THE ACQUISITION OF LAND F R HIGHWAY
WIDENING PURPOSES AND ESTABLISHING THE SAME PART OF THE
PUBLIC HIGHWAY SYSTEM FOR THE MUNICIPALITY 0 KINCARDINE
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chap er M.45, Section
191(1), the Council of every municipality may pass by-laws for cquiring land for
municipal purposes.
AND WHEREAS pursuant to the said Municipal Act, sectio~ 297(1) (b) the
Council of every municipality may pass by-laws for widening anr highway or part
of a highway. i
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardne has from time
to time acquired land for the purposes of widening and impr9ving the existing
pUblic highway system of the Municipality of Kincardine. ¡
AND WHEREAS it is desirous to confirm the acquisition of the I~nd as part of the
public highway system of the Municipality of Kincardine. \
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of th Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
That the acquisition of the lands described in the schedul attached to this
by-law is hereby confirmed and approved.
That the said lands described in the schedule "A" attach d to this by-law
are hereby acquired for highway widening purposes and re accepted and
dedicated as part of the public highway system of th Municipality of
Kincardine. ~
That this by-law shall become effective upon its final assage by the
Council of the Municipality of Kincardine and upon its r gistration in the
Registry Office for the Registry division of Bruce (No.3) ¡
This by-law may be cited as the "Highway Dedication BLlaw (Part 6 on .
Reference Plan 3R-2246, Ward 3)". r

Those lands and premises located in the following municipality, namely in the
Municipality of Kincardine, in the County of Bruce and being more particularly
described as follows:

designated as Part 6 on Reference
Plan 3R-2246, (formerly Township of
Bruce) now in the Municipality of
Kincardine;
