HomeMy WebLinkAbout02 086 amen zon 352 penetangore - . e e e mE CORPORA~ION OF mE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC~INE <aT BY-LAW NO. 2002 - 86 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 1988-¡WHICH IS THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE'S ZONING BY-LAW RESPECTING TH REMOVING OF HOLDING PROVISIONS FROM LANDS LOCATED ON PENE ANGORE ROW, MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE (FORMERLY TOWN OF INCARDINE) I I WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kinca ine passed By-law 1988-1, being the former Town of Kincardine's Comprehensive Zon ng By-law; AND WHEREAS By-law 1988-1 as amended by By-law 1996-04, laced certain lands in a Holding Residential (h-R1) category and specified the u to which lands, buildings, or structures may be put until such time as the holding ymbol is removed pursuant to Section 36 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P .13; I AND WHEREAS the provision relating to the removal of the hOldinþ symbol contained in the Town of Kincardine's Official Plan has been satisfied; I NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Municipality of Kinca~ine ENACTS as ~~ ! i 1. Schedule "An forming part of former Town of Kincardine's By-law 1988-1 as amended by By-law 1996-04, is hereby further amende by removing the Holding ("h''') symbol from a portion of the zoning category olding Residential (h-R1) to establish that the Residential (R1) zoning category applies to the land lying and being in the former Town of Kincardine, being de ribed generally as Part Lots 15 & 16 RP 3R3992 Part 1, RP 3R 4210 Parts 6 & 7 R.O.W. and known municipally as 352 Penetangore Row, Municipa ity of Kincardine, described more particularly in Schedule "An attached hereto nd forming part of this by-law. I 2. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by courlcil and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning A~, R.S.O. 1990. 3.
