HomeMy WebLinkAbout02 085 amen zon 855Princes e e e e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC INE <S, BY-LAW NO. 2002 - 85 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 1988-~WHICH IS THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE'S ZONING BY-LAW RESPECTING T E REMOVING OF HOLDING PROVISIONS FROM LANDS LOCATED ON PRI CES STREET, MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE (FORMERLY TOWN OF INCARDINE) I ! WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kinca ine passed By-law 1988-1, being the former Town of Kincardine's Comprehensive Zon ng By-law; AND WHEREAS By-law 1988-1 as amended by By-law 1996-04, laced certain lands in a Holding Residential (h) category and specified the use to whi h lands, buildings, or structures may be put until such time as the holdinfj symbol is r moved pursuant to Section 36 ofThe Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13; AND WHEREAS the provision relating to the removal of the hOldin~ symbol contained in the Town of Kincardine's Official Plan has been satisfied; I I NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Municipality of KinC~rdine ENACTS as follows: . 1. Schedule "A" forming part of former Town of Kincardine's By-law 1988-1 as amended by By-law 1996-04, is hereby further amende by removing the Holding ("h''') symbol from a portion of the zoning category olding Residential (R3-10-h) to establish that the Residential (R3-10) zoning cat gory applies to the land lying and being in the former Town of Kincardine, being escribed generally as Part Lots 16 & 17, South of Durham St., Lots 16 & 17 & art of 18, North of Lambton St., Part of Lots 2 & 3, Plan 133, Reference Plan R-3572 and known municipally as 855 Princes Street, Municipality of Kincardi e, described more particularly in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part f this by-law. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by CouTcil and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning ACì' R.S.O. 1990. This by-law may be cited as the "Remove Holding provisior from 855 Princes Street, By-law". i 2. 3. READ a FIRST, SECOND, and a THIRD time and FINALLY PAS~ED this 26th day of June, 2002.
