BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 1988 -1, BEING THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE
FORMER TOWN OF KINCARDINE
(LOT 23, PLAN 54, TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE-BRUCE-TIVERTON, FORMER
TOWN OF KINCARDINE)
WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 13, authorizes
the councils of municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws which comply
with an approved official plan;
AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the former Town of Kincardine enacted
Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 1988 - 1, as amended;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-
Bruce-Tiverton desires to amend By-Law No. 1988 - 1 as amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine-Bruce-Tiverton ENACTS as follows:
1. By-Law No. 1988-1 as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-
Law for the Town of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the
following paragraph 5.1.4.17

Notwithstanding their 'R1' zoning designation, the lands
delineated as 'R1-14' on Schedule 'A' to this By-Law may be
used for residential purposes in accordance with the 'R1'
zone provisions contained in this by-law, excepting however
that:
(i)
additional permitted uses: a bed and breakfast establishment
2. Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 1988-1 as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing thereon from 'R1' to 'R1-14 the zoning designation
of those lands described as Lot 23, Plan 54, Township of Kincardine-
Bruce-Tiverton (former Town of Kincardine) as shown as "Subject Lands",
on the attached Schedule 'A'.
3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes
into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1990.
4. This by-law may be cited as the "Lot 23, Plan 54, (Town of Kincardine)
Zoning Amendment, By-law."
