THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE-BRUCE- TIVERTON BY-LAW NO. 1999 - 29 A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY-LAW WHEREAS By-law No. 1999-16 was passed on the 1ih day of February, 1999 to appoint members to local committees and boards; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Township of Kincardine- Bruce-Tiverton deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce-Tiverton ENACTS as follows: 1. That Schedule "G" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "G" (Combine Public Works and Roads Committees) 2. That Schedule "H" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "H" (Economic Development & Tourism Events Committee - Robert Cottrill) 3. That Schedule "J" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "J" (Recreational Services Committee - Ken Craig- Tiverton Sports Centre). 4. That Schedule "N" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "N" (Fire Services Committee - Councillor Sharon Mooser alternate, Paisley Fire Services) 5. That Schedule "a" of By-law No. 1996-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "0" which constitutes a new committee for Community Policing. 6. That Schedule "R" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "R" (Heritage Committee - Peter Humble) 7. That Schedule "U" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "U" (Fish Derby Committee - Deputy Mayor Gord Thompson) 8.
