NO. 1999-59
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES FOR THE SERVICES
PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine-Bruce- Tiverton deems it expedient to amend By-law 1999-
33, the "Consolidated Fee By-law, 1999";

NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township
of Kincardine-Bruce- Tiverton ENACTS as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" of By-law 1999-33 be repealed and replaced by
Schedule "A" of this by~law.
2. This By-law shall be cited as the "Consolidated Fee (farm buildings),
Amendment, By-law, May 1999".
3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the 19th day of
May, 1999.
