BY-LAW NO. 1999-59 A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES FOR THE SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce- Tiverton deems it expedient to amend By-law 1999- 33, the "Consolidated Fee By-law, 1999"; . NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce- Tiverton ENACTS as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" of By-law 1999-33 be repealed and replaced by Schedule "A" of this by~law. 2. This By-law shall be cited as the "Consolidated Fee (farm buildings), Amendment, By-law, May 1999". 3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the 19th day of May, 1999. READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and FINAllY PASSED this 19th day of May, 1999 . /~~ .. Conunissioning of oaths 2.. Certification of any document (plus cost of photocopy, if necessary) 3. Swearing an affidavit: (i) if affidavit already prepared (ii) if affidavit prepared by municipality 4. Preparation of document generals 5. Site Plan application fees: a) Additions and accessory buildings not exceeding 50% of original building size and decks b) Additions or accessory buildings exceeding 50% of original building size and new buildings c) Development requiring review of town engineer ($1,500 deposit, balance to be reftmded) d) Updates requiring Council approval 6. Application for Part Lot control - per lot 7. Photocopies (per copy) 8. Information search (minimum charge $5.00) 9. Encroachment agreement processing (per agreement). 10. Development requiring review of town engineer 11. Charge for NSF cheques 12. Tax and water certificate 13. Tax certificate only 14. Water certificate only B. Buildinl! Permit Fees (no G.S.T unless noted) 1. (a) New building (greater than 108 square feet) (b) New buildings (greater than 108 square feet) that will have finished basements shall pay an additional surcharge for each square foot of basement area (c) New accessory buildings (greater than 108 square feet) (d) Green houses with minimum fee 2. (a) Additions to existing buildings (b) Additions to existing accessory bldg. with minimum fee of 3. Alterations, addition and repairs to existing buildings - - of estimated cost of construction . with a minimum fee of 4. Demolition of a building or portion thereof 5. (a) Moving permits for buildings (b) Moving deposit fee (returnable ifno damage to municipal property has been incurred) 6. All new and additions to farm buildings exclusive of dwellings 7.
