A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES FOR THE SERVICES
PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS
the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce-
Tiverton deems it expedient to amend By-law 1999-33, the “Consolidated Fee By-law,
1999”;
NOW THEREFORE
the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-
ENACTS
Bruce-Tiverton as follows:
1. That Schedule “A” of By-law 1999-33, as amended, be replaced by Schedule “A” to
this by-law.
2. This By-law shall be known as the “Consolidated Fee, Amendment
(Recreational
By-law, 1999”.
