A BYLAW TO SET FEES FOR THE SERVICES
PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY
.
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-Bruce-
Tiverton wishes to enact a consolidated fee by-law in order to make increases in standard
fees regular, consistent and administratively easier;
AND WHEREAS the legal authority for this by-law shall come from the enabling
legislation from each parent by-law referred to in Schedule "A" to this by-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine-
Bruce-Tiverton ENACTS as follows:
1. That all fees outlined in Schedule "A" to this by-law are hereby in force and effect as
of April 21 st, 1999 or such other date specified in any amending by-law.
2. It is intended that all provisions of this By-law shall be binding and effective. In the
event that any particular provision or provisions or part of a provision is found to be
void violable or unenforceable for any reason whatever, then the particular provision
or provisions or part of the provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of
his By-law and all other provisions shall remain in full force.

That this by-law supercedes any by-law or fee in any other by-law not consistent
with this by-law.
This By-law shall be known as the "Consolidated Fee By-law, 1999".
This by-law shall come into full force and effect on April 21St, 1999.
