TIΠCORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
NO. 2002 -141
A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED
COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY-LAW
WHEREAS By-law No. 2001-11 was passed on the 14th day of February, 2001 to
appoint members to various advisory committees, special committees, boards and
commissions;
AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons;
AND WHEREAS the Province of Ontario has passed the Ontarian's with
Disabilities Act requiring the appointment of Accessibility Advisory Committees;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby amended by adding SChedule "M" which
constitutes a new committee 'The Accessibility Advisory Committee" ,
appointed pursuant to the requirements of the Ontarian's with Disabilities Act;
(Councillor Sandy Donald, Bob Jamieson, Peter Harston, Susan Young, Sheila
Collins, Scott McPherson, Brian Thomas, Janet Bannerman, Steven McKinnon
and Carol Verdonk).
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
3, This by-law may be cited as the ""Committee Appointments Amendment,
By-law, September 2002",
READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED
this 18th day of September, 2002.
