WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to establish rates and fees for the services performed by the Municipality. NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the Councif of the Municipality of Kincardine does now set the rates and fees for services described in the schedules attached to this by-law. 2. That this by-law will replace the existing Consolidated Fee By-law 2002-24, as amended. 3. This by-law shall supercede any other by-law inconsistent with the provisions in this by-law 4. That this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. That this By-law shall be known as the ·Consolidated Rates and Fees By-law, 2002". 5. READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD TIME and DEEMED TO BE PASSED this 18th day of December 2002. In addition, when a concrete or metal liner is involved an extra charge shall be made equivalent to the Municipality's actual cost for the rental of such special equipment as is necessary. If a re-internment takes place in the Tiverton Cemetery, the regular internment charge shall be added.
