THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
NO. 2002 -180
A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH RATES AND FEES FOR THE FIRE SERVICES
PROVIDED BY THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS pursuant to section 55 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990
Chapter M. 45, as amended, provides authority for municipal councils to
establish rates and fees for services provided by the Municipality.
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001 SO 2001, c25 comes into effect on
January 1st, 2003.
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine does now set the rates
and fees for services described in the Schedule "A" Fire Department Fees
attached to and forming part of this by-law.
2. That this by-law will replace the existing Consolidated Fee
By-law 2002-24, as amended.
3. This by-law shall supercede any other by-law inconsistent with the
provisions in this by-law.
4. That this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final
. passage.
5. That this By-law shall be known as the "Fire Services Consolidated Rates
and Fees By-law, 2002".
READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD TIME and DEEMED TO BE PASSED
this 18th day of December 2002.
