RATES AND FEES BY-LAW I
NO. 2002 - 51

WHEREAS By-law No. 2002-24 was passed on the 13th day 01 February, 2002 to
establish rates and fees for the services performed by the MuniþiPality;
AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to amend this by-law; I

NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation qf the Municipality
Kincardine ENACTS as follows: .

Dog Licensing and Kennel Boarding Fees
(no G.S.T. except no. 6 and 8)
1. For each of first three dogs per calendar year
2. For each additional dog per calendar year
3. After the first tax due date (normally March 1st
the fee in each of section HI) 1. and 2. above
shall have a surcharge of 50"10 of the fee. The late fee
not to apply where the owner has had the dog for
less than three months.
4. Breeding kennel license per calendar year

6. Boarding fees for all animals impounded (dogs or cats)

Transient Rates:
(a) A rate of$.95 per foot per night plus G.S.T. (minimwn 20 feet), seventh
day is free.(Note 10 transient slips will be allocated in the new harbour
