Home My WebLink About00 074 Tender - Gran 'A' Gravel e e e e- THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 2000·74 BEING A BY-LAW TO ACCEPT A TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND PLACE GRANULAR 'A' CONSTRUCTION GRAVEL WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to accept a tender for supply and place granular 'A' construction gravel on Sideroad No. 20, Concession 9-10, and Sideroad no. 20, Concession 10-County Road No. 15 in Ward 2 and Sideroad no. 30, Concessions 10-8; and Sideroad No. 30, Concession 8-6 in Ward 3. pursuant to Contract No. 2000-11. NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the tender of Bannerman Contracting Limited in the amount of $138,530.60 including all applicable taxes, be hereby accepted. 2. That the mayor and clerk be hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine any contracts and other documents required to authorize such work to commence, and to affix the corporate seal of The Municipality of Kincardine. 3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 4. This by-law may be cited as the ·Supply and Place Granular 'A' Construction Gravel, Tender Acceptance By-law". IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, said party of the second part agrees to pay to the Contractor for all work done, and the unit prices on the Tender.
