THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
NO. 2006 - 076
BEING A BY-LAW TO FURTHER AMEND BY-LAW 2002-130, A BY-LAW
RENAMING THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
ROAD SYSTEM
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001, S.D. 2001, c. 25, Section 11, as amended,
gives lower tier municipalities the power to pass by-laws within the sphere of
jurisdiction dealing with highways;
AND WHEREAS The Municipality of Kincardine passed By-law 2002-130, cited
as the Municipality of Kincardine 911 Road Renaming System By-law, amended
by By-law No. 2003 - 50 and By-law No. 2003 - 79;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine wishes to further
amend By-law 2002-130;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the name of the roadway located in Ward 3 of the Municipality of
Kincardine and known as Concession 6, west of Tie Road, be changed to
Baie du dore Road.
2.
That the name of the roadway located in Ward 3 and known as
Concession 8, west of Tie Road, be changed to Scott's Point Road.
3. That certain municipal house numbers, as shown on the attached
Schedule "A" to this by-law, be changed for the purpose of uniformity.
4. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passing.
5. This may be cited as the "Road Renaming System Amendment (4) By-
Law".
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 17TH day
of May, 2006.
