Home My WebLink About00 095 Amend CCAB - August -. e e e e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BX;~A~ A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY-LAW WHEREAS By-law No. 1999-16 was passed on the 17th day of February, 1999 to appoint members to local committees and boards; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Schedule "D" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "D" (Hydro Liaison Committee-Mayor Gord Thompson and Deputy Mayor Sharon Mooser) 2. That Schedule "E" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "E" (Kincardine Police SeN/ces Board- Councillor Darryl Burley) 3. That Schedule "F" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "F" (Hydro Electric Commission-Mayor Gord Thompson) 4. That Schedule "G" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "G" (Public Worlcs Committee-Deputy Mayor Sharon Mooser) 5. That Schedule "H" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "H" (Economic & Tourism Development Committee-Councillor Sandy Donald) 6.
