THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
NO. 2000 - 68
A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED
COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY·LAW
WHEREAS By-law No. 1999-16 was passed on the 17th day of February, 1999 to
appoint members to local committees and boards;
AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That Schedule "H" of By-law No. 1999-16 be hereby rescinded and
replaced with the attached Schedule "H" (Economic & Tourism Development
Committee-Wendy Putnam-Kincardine Scottish Festival).
3. That these appointments be subject to a revision by the Council of the
Municipality of Kincardine.
4. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
5. This by-law may be cited as the "Committee Appointments Amendment
By-law, (Putnam) May, 2000.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED this
24th day of May, 2000.
