WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, RS.O 1990, Chap~er 13 authorizes the
Councils of Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws 1hiCh comply with an
approved official plan; ¡

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township ~f Bruce has enacted
By-law 76-13, a zoning by-law enacted under Section 34 of the Sai¡ Planning Act;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation ofthe Township of Bruce has reJtructured to now be a
part of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine; l

AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ~esires to amend By-
law 76-13; ,

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the MunibiPality of Kincardine
ENACTS as follows: . I

Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 76-13 as amended, is herebY¡' amended by deleting
those lands described as Part Lot 1, Concession 1, (be ng Part 1, Reference
Plan 3R-3504), Municipality of Kincardine (former Tow ship of Bruce), from
the Schedule as outlined on the attached Schedule 'A' orming a part of this
by-law. '

Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 76-13 as amended, is Ihereby amended by
incorporating those lands described as Part of Plan 1M-50 Municipality of
Kincardine (former Village of Tiverton), within the Township boundary, as
outlined on Schedule 'A' forming a part of this by-law. :
Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 76-13 as amended, is hereb$urther amended by
zoning those lands described as Part of Plan M-50 Mu icipality of Kincardine
(former Village of Tiverton), as 'A - Rural' and 'H - Hard' as outlined on
Schedule 'A' forming a part ofthis by-law. I

This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by co~nCil and comes into
force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Plannin Act, RS.O. 1990
and subject to the site specific official plan amendment ~ r the subject lands
being in force and effect pursuant to the provisions of th Planning Act,
RS.O.1990.

5. This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comp~hensive Zoning By-

Municipality of Kincardine, Ward 3), By-Law.
Read a FIRST, SECOND and a THIRD time and DEEMED TO BE fASSED
this 7th day of May 2003. '
