Home My WebLink About06 016 Fees & Rates - Marina e e e e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 2006 - 016 BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2005 - 195, A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH RATES AND FEES FOR SERVICES PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE (Marina) WHEREAS Section 391 (1) of the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, authorizes municipalities to pass by-laws imposing fees or charges on any class of persons for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of it; AND WHEREAS municipal Councils have the authority to establish rates and fees under various acts; AND WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, with the passage of By-law No. 2005 -195, established rates and fees for services performed by the Municipality; AND WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine deems it necessary to amend certain sections of By-law No. 2005-195 pertaining to marina fees; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine does now set the rates and fees for services described in the attached Schedule "J". 2. That Schedule "J" of Municipality of Kincardine 2006 Consolidated Rates and Fees By-law No. 2005-195, is hereby repealed and replaced with the attached Schedule J. 3. That this by-law shall supercede any previous by-law inconsistent with the provisions contained herein. 4. That this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 4. That this By-law shall be known as the "Amendment One to 2006 Consolidated Rates and Fees By-law 2005 -195 (Marina) By-law".
