through the Town for the oonstuotion of sewers and to provide
for and fix the Towns share for the payment of sewers and to
provide an equitable mode of assessing oorner lots.
THEE~FORE the ~unioipnl Counoil of the Corporation of the
Town of r,inoardine under the powers oonforro~\bY tho Looal
Improvor!lent olauses of "The Consolidated liunioipal Aot 1903"

either by petition or on snnitary grounds or on the initiative
