TIΠCORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCA INE
NO. 2005 -166
A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDING
OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine d ems it advisable
to enact a confirming by-law to confirm the actions of the Coun iI at its meetings;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of th Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the actions of the Council at its meeting held 0 ober 5, 2005, in
respect of recommendations from the Planning Adviso Committee and
Committee of Adjustment and in respect of each recom endation, reports
of committees and staff forwarded therewith, and in respect to each
motion, resolution and other action passed and taken by the Council at its
said meetings, is, except where the prior approval of the ntario Municipal
Board is required, hereby adopted, ratified and confirme .
That the Mayor, CAO, and Clerk, and their designate thereof, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to do all things ecessary to give
effect to the said action or to obtain approval where re uired and except
where otherwise provided, the Mayor, CAO and lerk, and their
designates thereof, are hereby directed to execute all do uments required
by Statute to be executed by them, as may be necess ry in that behalf
and to affix the Corporate Seal of the municipality to all such documents,
and the Treasurer, and a designate thereof, is hereby di ected to execute
all other documents necessary in that behalf and to a IX the Corporate
Seal of the municipality to all such documents.
